In 2005, project leader Gina Moseley graduated from the University of Birmingham, School of Geography Earth and Environmental Sciences, which is where she first developed a love for cave research. Professor Ian Fairchild passed on the good news about Gina’s career since then, culminating to date with the Ingeborg Hochmair Chair at the University of Innsbruck and the esteemed FWF Start prize.
